Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11.30am weekdays. Any orders placed after 11.30am will be delivered on the next working day.
Friday Deliveries: Deliveries for Friday MUST be received by Thursday 11.30am cut-off so your order can be placed on the courier on time for Friday delivery.
Weekends and Public Holidays: We do not provide weekend deliveries unless by prior arrangement. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
IMPORTANT: If the incorrect delivery fee is selected at checkout, your order will be placed on hold. We'll contact you by phone or email to pay the balance. Once paid, your order will be processed.
Collect in store
Choose "Pick-up" to collect your order from our store at 230 The Strand, Whakatāne. Pick-up will be available during our regular business hours, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
Interflora
All orders for delivery outside our local delivery areas will be sent via Interflora overnight courier. Please call our store on 07 308 7261 to place an order with our Interflora Membership.
